Burnout doesn't always look like collapsing on the couch - sometimes its the constant jitters, racing thoughts, or that "why does everything feel like too much?!" vibe.

When I hit that wall, I know I can't fix everything at once. I'll pick one or two things that bring me back:

🖤 yoga or a sound bath for a deeper reset

🖤 cutting back on sugar + caffeine when I feel like a live wire (cuz let's face it, I'm usually consuming more than I should)

And sometimes? I take a full day (or 2) completely off. Because if I dont pause, I end up hating the thing I actually love.

That's my version of holistic wellness - not hype, just ritual.

And not just any doll. I could feel my soul trapped inside the tiny figure. My once wild spirit? Now confined in a miniature body—Chelsea. My dark side, my attitude, my vibe… all twisted into this haunted little form.

The lights flickered, and as they came back on, I was staring at her—me. Tiny, perfectly creepy, with a mischievous grin that sends chills down spines. She’s got the edge, the sass, and the power to lure you in. Once you're in her world… you might never escape.
